About Mindful Way Therapy

Mindful Way Therapy is a private group practice located in Seattle, WA in the heart of the University District. We offer individual and couples/family; autism and ADHD evaluations; and letters to support individuals seeking gender affirming care.

Mindful Way was started in 2020 under the name Mindfulway Psychotherapy, and rebranded in 2023 when Ryne, the practice owner, transitioned to a group practice. Since then, Mindful Way has expanded rapidly, serving more than 175 clients, many of whom are on Medicaid (Apple Health), with the support of 12 clinicians/interns (including Ryne).

Our practice focuses on working with neurodivergent individuals (autism and ADHD) and the LGBTQ+ community. Almost all of our staff identify as queer and/or neurodivergent, or have family members who are. While having one of these identities is not a requirement to work with us, we do seek out those who have these lived experiences, or have a passion to learn to support these communities.
