At Mindful Way Therapy PLLC, we are seeking a compassionate, curious therapist to join our team in a generalist role. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys a varied caseload and wants the flexibility to work with a broad range of presenting concerns — anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, stress and burnout, and identity exploration — across adolescents (14+), adults, couples, and families. You do not need a narrow specialty to thrive here. What matters most is that you practice from an affirming, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-inclusive stance, and that you are willing to grow alongside a supportive team. Many of our clients are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and/or on Apple Health (Medicaid), and have had prior experiences of being dismissed or pathologized in healthcare settings. You'll play a key role in creating a collaborative space where clients feel genuinely seen. If you later discover an area you'd like to specialize in, we'll support you in building that focus.
